BALANCE INVENTORY

If an inventory adjustment is required due to discrepancies in the quantities, a physical count is necessary. The Bin that houses the part(s) is located and the part(s) counted one at a time. If the quantities are different from SAP Spare Parts, you Must update SAP by adding or subtracting a part(s) from the system. Return to the Main Menu and click on MM02/Change Material and follow the blue arrows. Remember to press enter or the checkmark after completing transactions!
